Diana Orving

Diana is a textile artist, fashion designer and a truly artistic soul. She's built herself a name through her fashion designs for women, characterised by billowing fabrics and artistic draping. She was awarded Designer of the Year in 2017 by Elle Sweden, but is by no means limited to fashion and her creations have included costume design, drawings and textile installations.

Diana's prints for The Ode To is from the series Labyrinths, which is her first solo-show as an artist. The exhibition includes large-scale artworks made of painted silk drapings sewn by hand in improvised patterns and shapes. The result is a illusions of landscapes and labyrinths, where everyone sees different things. We've photographed these three-dimensional artworks and turned them into prints and the result has such depth that you want to reach out and touch it.
