Return Policy

RETURNS
You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Framed prints and gift cards are non-returnable.

RETURN PROCEDURE
1. Notify us in a clear statement to customerservice@theodeto.com before the cancellation period has cancelled. Provide your name and order information. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. All items should be returned in its original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not fulfill these criteria.

3. Please note that you are responsible for the return back to us. Use the shipping carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable service so that the product and your refund isn’t lost. Send your parcel here:

4. We will refund the amount paid for the product, including the initial shipping fee, through the same service that was used in the purchase. We will pay back the order within 14 days from the date we received your return notification.

    REFUNDS (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    We will refund the amount paid for the product, including the initial shipping fee (the shipping to your home). Should you choose to keep certain items and only partially cancel your order, the delivery cost will not be refunded.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days from the date we received your return notification.

    LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@theodeto.com.

    SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    EXCHANGES (if applicable)
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@theodeto.com and follow the instructions given.

    COMPLAINTS
    Please email us and tell us what’s wrong. Take a picture/pictures of the damage or issue and email it to us. We’ll do our best to get you a nice product.

    If the item you have received is defective, please notify us at customerservice@theodeto.com promptly and include pictures of the damage or issue. Return the item in accordance with the Return Procedure above. The Ode To will, for any products deemed defective, provide a full refund.
