About the artist

Milo, born in 1986, is a Swedish artist with roots in Stockholm, based in the Borås area. His paintings explore our place in the world and the small moments that give life meaning. Through colour, form and narrative imagery, he examines how intimacy, vulnerability and connection find expression in everyday life.

The tiger has become a recurring figure in Milo’s visual world. Combining strength with a gentle presence, it embodies a duality that makes it an expressive vehicle for human emotion. Dressed in shirts, dressing gowns and knitted sweaters, the tigers inhabit familiar settings, where their gazes, postures and small gestures bring relationships to life.

In his new visual language, Love Between Us, the focus turns to what unfolds between us. Love is expressed through the quiet gestures of everyday life: making room for someone, sitting close together or gently caring for one another. These images embrace the intimacy of a couple, the closeness of family and the security of belonging.

Colour and interiors play an essential role in the storytelling. Warm fields of colour, patterned textiles, curtains and lamps give the rooms character, creating surroundings in which the figures seem at home. The simplified visual expression gives significance to a glance or a paw resting close to another. A subtle humour also emerges from the interplay between the tiger’s strength and the tenderness of each scene.

The paintings can be experienced as scenes from a larger story. Something has happened before the moment we see, and life will continue afterwards. Milo leaves room for viewers to recognise a relationship, recall a moment or imagine what is being said in the room. In this way, the personal opens onto experiences shared by many.

We ship to all countries in the EU plus Norway, the UK and the US.

Some of our artworks are shipped straight from the artist to you. The artist may need an extra day or two in order to process your order and pack it. You'll get a tracking code when the artwork is shipped.

In connection with holidays, we ask for your understanding that deliveries may take a little longer.

Delivery

All orders use trackable and reliable shipping. You will get an email with the tracking number as soon as the order leaves the warehouse. When you buy multiple products, they may be delivered in multiple parcels depending on the order.

Some of our artworks are shipped straight from the artist to you. This way we reduce the amount of transport needed and keep a more sustainable approach to art transportation. It’s always clearly stated in the artwork description if the artwork is shipped from the artist.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund. All items should be returned in its original condition and packaging. Please note that you are responsible for the return back to us. 

Framed prints and on demand prints cannot be returned since they are printed and/or mounted especially for you and can’t be reused after being returned. For more info read our full Return Policy.
